The things new clients ask us most. Can't find yours? Give us a call.
Your pet will look and smell great. Their skin and coat stay healthy, and short nails support healthy foot structure and posture. Regular grooming can also catch problems with the skin, ears and teeth early.
Pets that need haircuts usually come in every 4 to 6 weeks. Pets that only need baths or nails, every 6 to 8 weeks.
With an appointment you get one dedicated groomer who talks through your pet's needs, and the groom takes about 3 hours. Walk-in services like nail trims and Splash 'N Dash don't need an appointment and take around 15 minutes.
The price depends on breed, size, coat type and condition, temperament during the groom, and the services you choose. That way you pay the right amount for your pet. Call us for a quote.
We groom puppies from 8 weeks old. Up to 5 months we offer a Puppy Package: bath, blow dry, brushing, nails, ears and a light trim around the face, feet and sanitary area. It gets them used to the salon without doing too much at once.
For the safety of every pet in our care, owners don't stay during the groom. We're happy to give you a tour so you can see where your pet will be groomed.
Pets may rest in our kennels before and after their groom, with fresh water, and they get a break in their kennel during the groom to keep things stress-free.
We have drying options that suit pets of every age and breed. If you have any concerns, talk to your groomer at check-in.
Mats have to come out before a bath, because water makes them tighter. Small areas can often be brushed out. Heavy matting is painful to remove, so we may need to shave the coat. Your groomer will go over what can be done safely and gently at check-in.
Usually yes, depending on their overall health. For pets that struggle with car rides, a mobile groomer may be easier. For pets with serious health problems, such as heart conditions or seizures, we recommend grooming at a veterinarian's office where they can be monitored.
Yes, we express them externally on request.
We're not a dog daycare, so please pick up promptly. Pets with us longer than 5 hours are charged a kennel fee.
We ask for 24 hours' notice. We know life happens, but after more than 2 cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice we'll ask you to prepay to hold your slot.
Please tell us so we can make it right. Small things we can fix right away. Bigger fixes may need another visit so we have the time to do it properly. If you believe we can't fix it, we'll give you a refund.
