A few simple rules that keep the day calm and safe for every pet in our care.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another pet. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a fee per pet at the next visit. After more than 2 late cancellations we'll ask you to prepay to hold your slot.
Please be on time. When one client is late the whole day's schedule moves, so we may need to rebook appointments that arrive more than 15 minutes late. A courtesy call if you can't make it helps us rebook the time.
Please pick up at the time we give you. Pets not picked up within 30 minutes of that time are subject to a fee. Please don't arrive early: once your pet knows you're here it may not be possible to finish safely, and an unfinished groom is charged in full.
Your pet's safety comes first. We'll gently brush out small matted areas if your pet allows it, with an extra charge for the time and care it takes. Severely matted pets are shaved down, because we groom humanely. We don't recommend de-matting elderly or aggressive dogs.
We're not a daycare. Pets in our care for longer than 5 hours are charged a kennel fee.
Tell us and we'll make it right. Small things we fix on the spot; bigger fixes may need another visit. If you believe we can't fix it, we'll give you a refund.
What happens from the moment you book to the moment your pet comes home fresh.
